The main applicant, Mr. T, was born in December 1952, and the second applicant, Ms. X, was born in November 1955. The son of Mr. T and Ms. X has been settled in Australia. The son was married and had a new-born baby. Since their son and daughter-in-law were busy working in Australia and they need someone to help to take care of the baby, Mr. T and Ms. X decided to migrate to Australia and live with their son together to take care of the whole families.
The situation of Mr. T and Ms. X is relatively simple. They have only one son who has already got PR and lived and worked in Australia. We helped Mr. T and Ms. X to submit visa 103 application in 2007, and they were waiting in queue for over 10 years. During this period, Mr. T and Ms. X have been granted visa 600 to travel between China and Australia. As we submitted all required documents when the application lodged, the visa 103 was approved in Dec 2019 only after updating Chinese non-criminal notarization and Australian non-criminal certification.
